This was definitely the heaviest bed in a box I’ve ever received. You will want 2 strong people to haul, unpack and unload it. It did have an odor upon opening but was gone within an hour. No waiting 24+ hours for it to become a mattress, unroll and you can put your sheets on. I personally found it a little firm for my personal tastes but I’m used to a very very soft mattress. It did conform to your body but lying on my side my bad hip got painful within about 20 minutes. I’m a stomach sleeper generally it was comfortable. My mom tried it and thought it was perfect. I would rate this medium/firm. I added a topper for additional squish. It’s very supportive I haven’t woken up sore or with numb hands since I started sleeping on it. I’m adjusting to the firmness and will stick with it apparently my marshmallow mattress wasn’t giving me the support I needed haha. My dogs are also very happy with it particular the bounce it gives when they use it as a wrestling rink. I have an adjustable base and it works perfectly with it. Biggest upside? It controls temperature. I don’t know how it does this. I have tried cooling mattresses, cooling toppers etc even if my room is legitimately freezing I wake up sweating and kick off my blankets. Not anymore. I wake up under my blanket and not sweating it’s crazy. I don’t know what kind of crazy technology they use but this has never happened before.
This mattress is so soft and comfortable. It's very heavy and you will need at least you and another person to set it up. I set it up by myself being a 300 pound 5 foot 4 inch women so this weighs half of me but it was still a challenge. It's a nice queen size bed. I sleep so comfortably on it. It has become my most favorite place to be when I want to relax. My children seven and three who are boys love to sleep on this mattress as well. They love to take naps on it and they even love to play with their little figurines. All three of us highly recommend this mattress for you to sleep amazingly on.
Oh my goodness, this bed is fantastic! I was unsure about a bed that came in a box, especially since it was a hybrid (coils and foam) but wow, was I impressed. It sleeps great and didn't give any pressure points which is something I look for in a good mattress. It was quite interesting to say the least in how quickly it took shape after taking it out of the box (which was very heavy so get help moving it). It filled with air so quickly, I almost didn't get it on the box spring in time. My sheets fit it just fine. I got a queen and after trying this one out, I would definitely recommend this mattress in the future. Pretty cool way to get a mattress. Not at all bad that Allswell made it organic too.
This mattress is absolute luxury. It is soft without sinking in and making turning uncomfortable or impossible.. The thickness of the mattress is so impressive and has great support without leaving you aching. I hands down would purchase this mattress without hesitation!
This allswell organic hybrid mattress is the real deal and its awesome. We bought this for my mom who is an older lady and very picky. She loved it. This mattress is very comfortable and fresh. The hybrid component create a firm feeling of comfort and luxury. Buy it, you won't regret it.
This bed absolutely blew my mind! When it arrived it was rolled up. I was so worried it wouldn't be a good mattress. Once we got it unrolled, I was in heaven! This mattress is the most comfy I have ever experienced. It's so soft against your skin. It's firm, yet soft. I highly recommend this mattress!
When it comes to mattress I look for comfort of course but I don't like it too firm or too soft, I like it in between and this mattress fits perfectly! OMG! The material is so soft, I love the fact that it's organic as well, it also makes me feel cool and I haven't sweat anymore since I am using it, 100% recommend this mattress!
This mattress from Allswell is a quality mattress. I have been let down in the past from the big brands who promise comfort and it's not there. Allswell has a great balance of quality and support, and you can sleep on your mattress that night. I took photos just minutes after it spread out. It still expanded slightly more, within the first ten minutes, but I could lay on it and see what type of firmness and support I was getting. Opening your mattress is simple, you carefully trim back the outer layer of plastic. There is another layer beneath that will start to unroll by itself, you don't have to cut in that far. Then carefully pull away the plastic layer and position it. Laying it right at the end of the frame is easiest before it unrolls. The mattress expands to the full 12” advertised amount. It has a cushion top that is plush and soft, and it doesn't get hot through the night. Stays cool. I am a side sleeper and it's soft enough but has support and I don't get a back ache. When I say firm I don't mean like a solid firm, it has some give but not excessive. The most impressive thing to me is the expansion and quality, it's completely expanded and not saggy or misshaped almost immediately. The hybrid in the name is for the hybrid and coil construction so you get the best of both. It doesn't sag on the edge either, it has extra support added there. The mattress includes a 10 year warranty that you can register online very easily. It fits my sheet set great with no pulling off the corners. I can't say enough good things about this mattress, the convenience of getting it at home and the quality are outstanding. Highly recommend. Please see my photos for more details.
This mattress is extremely well made. It comes in a box and weighs a whopping 121 lbs. Make sure you have at least two people when you cut the plastic or you may get flung into the ceiling...lol. It is compressed really well but immediately springs in place. It is a legit mattress, not memory foam. It has springs and a pillow top. It's literally like sleeping on a cloud, I didn't want to get out of bed after the first night sleeping on it. I will seriously consider changing all my mattresses to the Allswell Organic Hybrid.
We bought this mattress for our 3yo daughter after transitioning from the crib. I wanted to get a mattress that was organic and not full of chemicals as a top priority. As many know, that's a costly decision. As my husband and I just upgraded our mattress to a well known organic brand, we weren't looking to spend that again in the same year. I stumbled upon Allswell after extensive searches to find something budget friendly. The mattress arrived in a timely matter, and easy to set up. My daughter loves it..but ill be honest, I love it even more! If I had to make a perfect mattress customized to me, this would be it!!! I give the comfort of this mattress a 10/10. If I had to chose to sleep on my mattress or my daughter's Allswell...I pick her Organic Allswell. If we didn't just buy a mattress for ourselves, I would want to order one of these. Supportive and the latex molds to the body as if on a cloud, without being overly plush. Im a curvy side sleeper and when I tuck my daughter in to bed I have fallen asleep accidentally for a few hours. Oops! It's that good.
