This mattress is just what I needed!! It's not too soft and it had no smell when I got it from the box. I'm glad o found this deal and I even got it a couple of days early!!

This mattress is so comfy! It is soft on the edges but once you lay down it is like laying on a cloud. We got it as a guest bed but so far we are impressed.
For the price point the quality is just as expected. Arrived a week earlier than expected!!! Will be great for my grandsons room. Soft but not to soft.

Bed with stains and damaged I Never taught that Walmart will do like this I revived the mattress and the box was hold on it while unboxing the stuff I find some of the bugs in the wrap I neglect them and open the entire bed and it started expanding after expansion I used to check every part then I found that so part of the bed having holes and some part of them having stains What I have to do this one Can you please help me with this. Bought several months ago but just now getting around to using it and the mattress has fiberglass coming out from inside. We have to toss it out and purchase a different one. We will never use this brand again. Hard to see in the attached photo but can not upload a video.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent delivery of the mattress I purchased from your store. Unfortunately, the mattress arrived in an unusable condition, and despite the passage of time, it has not leveled nor taken the intended shape. I was also offered the option to pick up the mattress from my home, but they can only do this during business hours. They can't offer any more options. Thus, in order to get my money back for a low-quality product, I need to take a day off, otherwise I won't be able to return it Upon discovering the issue, I promptly contacted your customer service, seeking assistance and resolution. However, the consultant's only proposed solution was to return the mattress to the store. Regrettably, this is not a feasible option for me as the mattress is both bulky and heavy, making it impractical to transport.
This mattress does not fit correctly on my Bedframe. It fits like a full not a queen. Very disappointed.
