I purchased my first set of the Sandalwood shaving kit back in April/2014 it has literally last me and I mean literally lasted me roughly five yeas, you don't need much a few dabs of pre-shave a finger tip or two of shave cream and this stuff will def. make every penny spent well worth the expense. Great scent, and clean shaves for any occasion.
Definitely the best Sandalwood Shave Cream. I've tried competitors shave cream and they are not quite as good. The Sandalwood Shave kit, as a whole, is the best and most luxurious kit I have purchased. Slightly above even the best competitors.
It's a rich cream, not a foam. It generates a close shave with absolutely no irritation. Oh, and like the old brylcream commercial, a little dab will do ya.
This shave cream is far and away the best that I've ever used. It creates a TON of lather and it just allows the razor to glide over my face. Coupled with the sandalwood after0shave balm, the smell lasts all day but is not overpowering. I'll never use another brand again and will be picking up the lavender this weekend.
I have been using Art of Shaving products for over 10 years. I have used several of their products, including my favorite, Sandalwood shaving cream. I carry a tube in my travel kit, at home, and in the RV. Love it, and so does my wife. She uses more than I do.

I was a sceptic to start off with but now won't use anything else... It works like a dream, smells good and makes shaving easy and irritation free, which is about all you could ever want from a shave cream.
All the Art of Shaving Creams have a perfect consistency..thick enough for a close save but not so thick as to clog up my razor. Love the product. Scents are personal but Sandlewood, peppermint, and lavender are my favorites.
I have been using this Sandalwood shave cream for years. No other cream compares. You only need a tad on your brush and it will last you a couple years. Just touch your brush on the cream and the more you brush it on your face the thicker the lather will becomes.
I've tried them all including Castle Forbes. This is by far the best. It lathers up beautifully with a small amount so a container lasts a LONG time. It lubricates the skin for a smooth shave and doesn't clog the razor. BUY IT!
