I buy a package of these and take them home to make lunch sandwiches. The day I take them home a I prepare all 6 of them with my sandwich meat cheese ect and individually pack them in ziplock bags and freeze them. I grab one each morning and let it set at my desk at work and it is ready to eat by lunch time. These are great, freeze well and taste fresh all week.
I came across the ciabatta sandwich rolls in the Walmart bakery--didn't realize they had artisan breads. The bread rolls are really soft and taste great. They're especially good lightly toasted--creates a nice crisp crust and makes it soft and chewy. I was very surprised by the quality for the price (under $3 for a pack of 6).
