Very good quality for the price. I can do my pilates work outs without getting on the hard floor. It is very easy to inflate and everything you need is included. This is a great deal.
It really works, I could see results in less than a week. I am glad I ordered the Combo. You can get good results exercising your core muscles and not put any strain on your back or neck. The back pain exercises recommended are great. The workbook on calories and diet is practical, and realistic. It hasn't needed any maintenance (more air) and I am using it every day. I would recommend this to anyone. I am very happy with it. Only one thing, be prepared to wait to get it. It took two weeks for me to get it Site to Store. I hate to think how long it would have taken to get it shipped to my home.
A couple years ago I weight 200lbs. I bought the bean and dedicated myself to working out on it 2-3 times a day. In 3 months I went down to 140lbs. I was so happy with the results. Unfortunately I left my bean in a area that made a hole to it and couldn't close it. The company clsoed down and I couldn't order it again. I found it at big 5 but it was not the deluxe bean like walmart has. I recommend this product to anyone that wants to loose weight and I hope that it is up on stock again so i can order one to start getting in shape all over again.
I really like this product. I suffer for back problems, and this product is like having a mini gym! Building core and stomach strength is a must for strengthning my back, this product makes is very easy to do crunches, feel it in the ab, not your back!!!
I would not recommend this product at all. I had my bean for only 2 weeks and it started to go deflate. I didn't want to have to re-inflate it constantly before using it. Maybe, my was just faulty. I still would never recommend it, it didn't help me much. I used it every other day, now i don't use it at all.
