The cookie is only so-so, but the mini cast iron skillet that comes with it is why you get this kit. It is the perfect size to cook 2 eggs to fit on a standard slice of bread to make a breakfast sandwich. It also fits well in a toaster oven.
To say the large cookie is GREAT is an understatement. The BEST part of this deal is the SKILLET. This is the perfect size for individual cornbread or biscuit baked in a toaster oven. I use two at the time, one for me and one for the House Dragon (wife). These are a great gift for teaching grandchildren to cook cornbread, biscuits or a small cake.
