I absolutely love this product. I have been suffering from back pain for YEARS. Gone to chiropractors, which are helpful but expensive. I was reading some things on back pain when I came across this product. I read Elaine's story and it totally matched up with mine. So, I thought I would give it a whirl. This has been a great help. After doing the full video that comes with the kit my back pain was virtually gone. You can't go into this thinking it's going to work after 5 minutes and one use. But given some time you'll need it less and less. Thumbs up! I'm planning to look into her other products.
Didn't really get rid of my lower back pain in the same way the people do in the testimonials in the video, but it isn't bad..your body does feel a little different, and it's good for relaxation. Also, the balls are kind of helpful in bed when trying to get a good position at times.
