I had the assistant to do 2 copies for my key. For whatever reason, 1 of the 2 keys doesn't work since it cannot be inserted into the lock. It looks like one is thicker than the other so the thicker one couldn't be inserted where the thinner one works just fine. This is where I believe that the assistant did the right job at making copies of the key but the consistency in key thickness is not there, thus one of the copies keys doesn't work. Good thing that Walmart made a replacement and the replacement works.
