Got mine about a month ago. This game is huge and you're gonna be spending days on it before you reach the end. Love the graphics, soundtrack, and overall quality. The developers REALLY worked hard on this, and it shows. I really recommend that you buy the game and find out for yourself what you think of the game.
great game! played the first one and I know this one is gonna be good based on the reviews and speculation of gameplay, i say this was worth it. i am a collector of nice collectable steelbook case and the mini artbook is a very nice touch. the shipping could have done better, it came in one of the paper cardboard mailer, and shipped by FedEx, it arrived crushed on some areas close to the corners. i open it up and the special edition game was in good condition but the flaps on the bottom came open and now has creases at the bottom. overall, the the game is good. well worth buy, if you money to spare. but i would recommend getting the game by itself if you don't like collecting steelbook, or wait for a sale. at the time of this writing, it seems the special edition are being sold out every where. Some retailers online are getting them in but in small quantity i guess. i rate on how fast it gets delivered, how well it was packaged and of the condition of the item they pick and packaged. 4 stars for fast delivery and 1 star lost for a little damage on bottom with flaps sticking out. if they had it in store i would had gotten in person, but unfortunately they didnt sell in store. Great game, can't wait to experience the story.
I just would like to say I am not a crazed fan nor a extreme hater of this TLOU2. I absolutely loved the first game its my all time favorite. So how does the long awaited sequel do? To be honest what this game shows me is that lighting only strikes once. Let me just say that the game is not 100% bad I would be lying if all I did was bash it. The gameplay to me personally is amazing so many moments of suspense or horror scattered throughout the story. The graphics are the best of this year and the detail is beyond what you would expect. Just the gameplay alone made the purchase worth while for me. The problems of the game is within the story and I won't spoil. It is clear by the first hour the people who wrote the story of the first game did not take part in this one. It feels like the writers were not ready to continue where they left off so instead they just wrote what if scenarios and went with it. The characters of Joel and Ellie do not feel like the people we knew from the first game and its not because they are older its because these new writers did not truly understand what was created in the first one. Theres certain moments/chocies that just feel like its there because “it looks like a bold move” or “the audience would never see this coming.” I am honestly disappointed because I have been waiting since the first game for a part two. But the theories that people were making about part two are more innovative and intriuging than the actual game. Like I said I am not mad, but just disappointed with this game because it feels more so like a rebot for a “progressive” audience rather than a sequel for the fans who have been there since the beginning. Which is a shame really because what they have gameplay, graphics, enemy AI wise are perfect what I can not deny is even though the story is not top tier that does not mean i did not have fun. The new infected types are great (it would have been better if there was more) but for what they did i did not feel at all bored and wanted to continue to face the next threat. Overall buy at your own discretion because this game is a 5/10 and what they are showing in the trailers is not the game you are buying for with your hard earn money. If you know what you are getting into and are fine with it go ahead you will have a great time as i did. But if you are looking for a faithful sequel and only care for the story then stay away.
Gameplay is grate story was horrible
They took everything I loved about the first game and ruined it for shock value or to purposefully demolish what the first game accomplished.

The developer Naughty Dog doesn't give a **** about any of it's fans. People that were huge fans of the original were looking forward to TLoU2, got a huge slap in the face with this game. Naughty Dog took everything players loved and threw it off a cliff, then laughed at the fans of the original game. Never buy a Naughty Dog game!
I originally ordered thinking it was a console, it was advertised as a console, it was however a highly over priced statuette and the game. Not even a statuette worth putting out for display!! Not worth the price. I was most upset that I canceled as soon as I realized my mistake, only to be billed anyway. I had Walmart refund my money and cancel the order, but the seller still recharged my card and shipped it to me. I was not allowed to return through the mail so I drove to the store and returned it for a refund again. I will definitely never be in a hurry to purchase anything from this or any cite without reading the item description 50 times.
Should have in description in bold NO PS4 in box. The only reason i purchase in first place really sucks. Heads up for anyone else read all reviews first. Otherwise you will end up with junk they call collectibles
