Nice set of books. I can't wait to finish all of them. I had expected them to be in order written but that is okay. I loved them anyway. I looked online to see which was in order written.
I read and enjoyed this entire series of books at about age 10. I want to reread them, and the price of the boxed set was very reasonable. Can't wait to dive into them again.
I bought these books for my 10 year old and my 8 year old daughters and they love them! These are great books and I read them as a child and was thrilled when I found this set at such a great price! I highly recommend these books.
if you like the show you'll love the books. Not written as childish as you might think. Good reading.
I love Little house grew up watching it ! Loved the characters and the lessons that where taught through out the nine seasons that the show aired! The books Little House I read when I was in school and I wanted a copy of the books so I can read them to my grand babies!
My daughter has been playing the audiobooks for her kids and my grandson wanted books he could hold. He was very happy with these!

Little girls seem to love books about horses, country life and girls their age. So my nieces loved this set of LHOTP books, the complete Little House works of Laura Ingalls Wilder. They took out each book and set them out in order to say which one they wanted to read first. We took the first book of the set and read with smiles and laughter erupting as we enjoyed several chapters. Nice illustrations complemented the text. A silver horse-shaped bookmark was proudly placed in the book for the next reading after we finished. Easy to order and quick shipping.
The cover is beautiful but the printing on the pages looks to be a little off,crooked.
There are supposed to be 9 different books in this series. My wife received 2 copies of the first book. I had to buy book %239 separately to correct a mistake made by the seller.
