It work on my ends. I recently got a professional trim and to my surprise, she did not have to trim a lot. I was pleasantly surprise. A little goes a long way.
I suspect the formula has changed. It appears watered down. Additionally, getting the product of this bottle is a huge task. They really need to change the packaging.
