Followed directions to prep for California car duster as described, works perfectly; saves a lot of car washes by just keeping the dust off the car. Nice wooden handle, and long enough to reach top of the car. It has a nice storage pouch to store duster in when not in use.
Very useful tool to have in the car
It might seem pricey, but it works to remove that dust and leave it shiny till your next wash. I had some before with my 24 year old sun beat car and it kept it looking great so of course I had to get another.

Excellent duster to keep your car clean of dust.
This is my first original California Car Duster with the wooden handle. Have only had chance to use it about 4 times now. First couple times very light streaks of wax showed up but very light and not a problem at all. Last couple times could just barely notice the was in a few places. I am sure will no longer do this after a couple more times. This duster works and works well! Keep in mind it is a duster, not for ground in dirt or water spots but for the purpose of keeping the car clean it is excellent in what it is designed for. The price here was also great compared to any where else.
California duster: This duster does a great job for what I call “tune up” cleaning. I own 2 nice shiny black cars that I drive only when it is dry weather. The original paint is of excellent quality but, because of the Black color, the slightest amount of dust shows. It takes me just a couple of minutes to clean the whole car and it looks beautiful again. It will not remove bugs or rain streaks, but if you use your car only on sunny days, this brush does an amazingly quick job to make it sparkle just as if you had it just polished. The dusters last at least five seasons and I keep them handy in their container the trunk so I can clean the car quickly wherever I am. The original (made in USA) duster was a good value, the most recent purchase, at 1/3rd the price, was a made in Korea duster and time will tell how it stands up. Overall an easy to use product with amazing and quick results. Makes you car sparkle and shine every time!
Everyone in my family endorses this. Don't forget, the dirtier it gets, the better it works. Saves a lot of car washing. Makes a great gift! Lost my first one and happy to replace it.
