I bought this to use on my motor home. The mop part is not as full or with long fibers except around the edges as a conventional California Duster. This may be part of the design to keep the weight down. However, the large size of the head is a real time saver and its shape is very efficient in dusting off the coach. The handle does seem to be long enough to get the upper edges at the roof line, but you could even get higher if the handle was longer to allow you to stand further back. It is fast, effective and works well. You can change out the handle with other handles due to the standard screw connection, but this handle seems to be just the right size to maximize efficient operation while still long enough to get the upper edges.
I've used the original California Duster with great results on my cars. Was a little difficult on our 40' RV; had to use a ladder to reach the upper part. Now with this duster I can reach the the highest areas easily and without the ladder. Safer and saves time.
The Original California Duster for RVs works really well in dusty areas and saves hours over washing my 40 foot black motorhome. The duster is highly recommended. I would have given an overall rating of five stars if the extending handle hadn't broken off at the screw end the second time I used the duster. Fortunately, the duster has a standard handle screw connector and I had a quality extension handle to replace the broken one.
