This Pioneer Woman CERamic 12INCH FRY PAN is huge and is very nice. I have cooked several meals in it and nothing has stuck to it. The coating makes it easy to stir no matter what it is. I like that this pan it's lightweight yet durable easy to handle and cook with. I enjoy cooking and this pan makes life a whole lot easier. I think this would be great cooking all meals in it the clean up is easy and convenient I'm sure this pan will last a long long time since it's made very well it should last quite a while. This pan would be a great buy for anyone just starting out you'll get your money worth and more.
We have several of the Pioneer Woman's cooking items...They Never Disappoint! This is fast becoming our favorite pan. It feels weighty enough to be substantial, but not too heavy to maneuver. Well built with a coated handle. As with any ceramic coated pot/pan you should not use metal utensils with this, nor extremely high heat...rated for medium heat and oven temps up to 350°F. (We also hand wash our ceramic pans.)
I absolutely love everything about this pan! The 12” size is perfect for cooking almost any type of meal. And I absolutely love the ceramic interior cook surface. It's non-stick which makes clean up super easy. I made some spaghetti and a little of the sauce got burned but it cleaned up perfectly with no residual! It was amazing and what can I say about the color! It's absolutely gorgeous! I also like that the handle is riveted and coated so it doesn't get hot when you touch it. I would definitely highly recommend this pan as part of your kitchen cookware essentials!
I absolutely love this pioneer women 12 in frying pan. It is an ambre turquoise. This inside is a nonstick. The pan is easy to wash. The handle is nice size, I like the rubber coating on it that makes it easy to hold. The pan is on the heavy side but manageable. Do not use metal utensils in it, I recommend silicone or wooden. Hand washing is easy because it is nonstick. I love the color of the fan, the function of the pan and quality of the pan. Overall very pleased with it.
I absolutely love this pan so far. I have not had it very long but it has proven itself so far. My first impressions of the pan was that it is beautiful! The blue on the outside is so soothing and so very pretty. I also really like the shape of the pan. It is shallow but very large with curved bottoms making it very easy to scoop. Because of the size I can easily cook large one pan meals for my family. I have yet to experience any sticking when I cook and it washes easily. I have never had ceramic pans before but so far this pan has me sold. I am curious to see if other foods wipe clean out of this pan as easily as the foods I have cooked so far or if the ceramic will chip over time. As of now I have not experienced any of this or any scratching on the ceramic surface. If the pan continues to prove its quality I will very likely be purchasing more.
Ree said it best, “As useful as it is Gorgeous” ! The truth! Not only is she beautiful, she is a strong. We are loving this fry pan and all its uses! I'm loving the Ombre color / scheme on this pan. I have never seen something like this. Even my partner's daughter finds it very, very cool lol. I am not the greatest or the most active cook in the world. But I do whip up a few things here and there. My boyfriend and I have been attempting to teach his teenage daughter a few recipes. She is really excited about cooking and how to learn how to flip pancakes like a “chef”. BuT! Unfortunately my pots and pans are not up for the job. I will admit they are old and dull. They've gone through a lot. I also hide them in the oven after a wash and dry. This pan is amazingggggg. We've done a few different meals and they all have been great. This pan does NOT require a lot of heat at all. It doesn't even require a lot of oil or whatever cooking base you may use. She made pancakes with ease and even flipped one like a chef. No mess, no burnings. I made turkey meat for tacos yesterday and today have started saucing the linguini to perfection. I also made a grilled cheese this morning and it was lightly toasted just like I love. Where has this been all my life ? Her and I will be becoming real cooks with this pan in no time. Now we are seeking others from the Pioneer Woman line. She also accidentally dropped it when removing from the dish rack. No damage or dent. This baby is strongggggg. Everything comes off with ease due to it being Ceramic and it cleans off so flawlessly. We literally threw out our old and dingy pans this morning. We are loving this replacement! Please get this for your kitchen whichever level you are in cooking. I am telling you, it is the truth & so worth it !
This is a solid frying pan. It has a nice weight to it. I follow the directions and so far have not had any problems with sticking or uneven cooking. The instructions say to gradually increase pans temperature to the desired heat prior to applying butter or oil. The frying pan is a 12 in pan. I have only hand washed it. And only after completely cooling down. The coating is nice. It's ceramic nonstick coating is very nice. The color is beautiful. Don't use metal utensils in the pan. I season mine as recommended by wiping a light coating of oil in the bottom. Overall a very nice frying pan that, with proper care, will last a very long time. It comes with a short recipe book!
I've never used a ceramic pan before but have heard they are great so I was excited to try this. I absolutely love the color of it. As you can see in the one photo I shared it fades from dark blue to a beautiful lighter blue shade. This pan is large so it can hold larger dishes then I usually make. Which is wonderful as now I can make larger dishes for my family of 6. It worked so well to cook the food I made in it. So not only does it look beautiful it works great too. I couldn't be happier with this. I didn't know until I took the packaging off to get ready to cook that it came with a tiny cookbook. I thought that was an awesome surprise but I won't be making any of the recipes as I only like to make ones I can see photos of.
I love this pan comes with rivets, it has a nice strong bond that won't wiggle out of place. Plus it's easy to clean and super non-stick. It also has a good weight to it, not too light and not at all heavy, has just the right amount of heft to pan-flip your own eggs and whatnot while still being a decent sized pan with high walls. Speaking of high walls I like that you can cook a range of 1-pan foods in this as the higher walls allow for more interior volume. This pan is now my go-to pan and has replaced my 2 previous pans, 1 larger, 1 smaller, this one is again, just right.
The pioneer woman's 12-in frying pan is a good addition to anyone's non-stick and durable collection. I like that the color turquoise fades into a light turquoise for design. Very hip. Solid color so you don't have to really theme if you are into matching pots and pans. I also appreciate the recipe guide that is given with the product. I would recommend this 12-in frying pan as mainly an oven use for it is big! Or if you have an oversized top burner because you really have to make sure that the heat distributes evenly. Even with the non-grip handle, it states that it is safe for oven use. Does not come with a top glass lid. Has a whole notch on the handle for easy hanging and good for utensil holder while cooking. Definitely non-stick even with cheese! Let me States, the 12-inch frying pan is huge. So big meals for a big pan. Easy to clean with one wipe for most ingredients with minimal scrubbing.
