Pot is deep enough for frying and regular cooking love it.
I was in need of a large fry pan with lid so I thought I'd try this one. I love it and it is now my favorite pan to use. The handles are sturdy. I had no problem with the lid fitting properly. It's a nice large size. It's non-stick. I plan to get a couple more. I love it!
I love this huge skillet/cooker. The only negative thing I have to say is that it doesn't fit under my cabinet where I keep my other pots and pans so unfortunately I have to keep it sitting on my stove top all of the time. But it's very durable and cooks great. I find myself using this daily. It holds a lot of food.
I love the depth of this pan for cooking for my family
this is just as described and we just love it.......large and deep for great frying and cooking......
This 12" pan is balanced and the handle is very comfortable in your hand. Great for making all my homemade sauces and meats that I cook ahead of time and put in the freezer or refrigerator. It goes very well with my kitchen décor.
I purchased the turquoise pan several months ago and I paid the full price. I used it quite a bit and I always use nylon tools ,never metal ones but still it is starting to scratch quite a bit. It isn't a terribly heavy pan but even for the original price I guess that was to be expected. It is easy to clean and I use it for many meals. It is nice and big so I can make one pot meals which I love to do. I see others saying their lid no longer fits but I have no problem with that at all. I am wondering if perhaps they put a hot pan into water and warped it? I had been wanting a pan like this for a long time and I enjoy using this one but I do not think it will last more than 3 or 4 years. I will probably buy another one once it wears out
This is a nice skillet to cook everyday meals, however 2 of mine have warped after a few years and do not cook evenly on the burner as a result. Loved it while it lasted though!
I was so excited to receive my new pan, however, when putting the lid on, it did not fit correctly. If it was sealed on one side, it seemed to pop up on the other and not have a continuous seal around the pan. So sad - not sure if it was just this particular pan, or this is true for all pans. I returned it. :(
So I LOVE the Pioneer Woman and all of her books and recipes and funny blog posts!!!! I have bought several items from her collection including some coffee mugs and glasses and this pan, plus I've got a lot of things on my Christmas list. I've been happy with everything except this pan :( I've had it for 3 months and have used it maybe 2 dozen times. All of a sudden today I went to use it and the lid just would not fit!! And I don't mean like there wasn't a good seal, I mean it won't sit on the dang pan. Enough so that I had to do a double take to make sure I had the right lid with the pan. Which I did. I'm not sure what has happened. It looks like the pan is a bit more oblong now but not really sure. It states this item is dishwasher safe so I can't imagine what I did wrong??
