This supplement has been a staple of my daily nutrition for years now. The combination of these two aminos keeps the blood flowing strong!
I feel that since my results from my check up are good,that it is helping my body function well.
This is, BY FAR, the most effective arginine supplement I've ever tried. And yes, I've tried the most trendy, the most expensive, etc. A great boost when taken at bedtime and a fun sexual enhancer!

To the person talking about the mgs.... read the nutritional facts. Its not a rip off, it just takes 3 seconds to understand the serving size. In regards to the product it is amazing, I take 4 pills before I go to bed and my recovery and sleep is amazing. Great way to go for an inexpesive HgH supplement!
This amino acid is essential in several different pathways for a persons physiology. L-Arginine-Ornithine not only enhances the immune system but it also increases the flow to the sex organs which is a libido enhancer. This I can attest to personally I have taken L-Arginine-Ornithine for over 30 years. The coated capsule Is very easily swallowed and tolerated.
3/4 done with my first bottle and felt very little. I have experienced " tighter" muscles while training and will attribute that feeling to this supplement. I will let you know when I am done with my second bottle.
Have used twin lab product and got better results.....will probably not buy this again.
The bottle says 2000 mg, which made me feel EACH pill is 2000mg...THIS IS NOT TRUE...Serving size is 2 pills adding up to 2000 mg...BIG DIFFERENCE...Total ripoff...OVERPRICED...and DECEPTIVE..
