I take 2 tablets every night and it has greatly helped insomnia problems I had. It gives a calm feeling.
I have a heart condition that requires me to take a beta-blocker. Not good. The beta-blocker slowed my metabolism so much that I was non-functional! I started taking GABA 10 years ago, which not only replaced the beta-blockers, but it also relieved mental stress. How good is that! I have a very stressful job, let alone family. I really believe that without taking GABA daily, I would not be able to work and maintain an independent lifestyle... Did I mention, I have 10 grandchildren and raising a teen grandson?
Highly recommend this. While I only take one before bed and it helps me get to and stay asleep, it gives a great sense of warmth washing over and causing relaxation.
I have been using this for around 2 months and I have been able to get more nights of good sleep.
Now I'm rekaxed enough fron work to be able to sleep at night. Thank you!
Excellent for both stress and pain. 750 mg. twice a day works for me. I can actually feel it take effect.
Gaba is great for insomnia I take two 750 mg at that time with a full glass of water at that timeand I'm able to sleep 4 to 6 hours uninterrupted if I get up during the night I usually take one and can get another 2-3 hours of sleep I never take it past 3am if I need to be up by 6 am. It's great product with no side effects
These large tablets are somewhat difficult to swallow, and take longer to begin working, than the capsules I'm accustomed to. They were ordered online to arrive at my home, and I wish I had not opened them. I much prefer the capsules which go to work faster, and help with onset of sleep sooner. I will not buy these tablets again.
Was disappointed-pills two big and when I cut them in 2 - too rough to swallow.
