Went to a kid's Halloween Party & they had the pumpkin balloons & ghost balloons & these are the coolest ever!!! There was 23 kids & all of ours was fine! I will buy these for the next party!!!
I bought two packs, a total of ten balloons. I took them to Party City to be filled with air. Four were broken from the start. Another one broke as it was being filled and the sixth one had a faulty light mechanism. The four that did inflate were a huge let down, the light was so dim, it was hardly noticeable. I buy these balloons every year and have children looking forward to getting them. This is the first time I bought them from Wal Mart and it will be the last.
