works good for free service. great for somebody on a fixed income and doesn't need a lot of whistles and bells
Just insert SIM into your gadget.
I bought this sim card to use in Europe before we got there. Sometimes it's nice to already have the card so you don't have to look for a store in a foreign country right away. I ordered it from Walmart.com and it was here in less then two days.
I haven't had any problems with it! Works great!!

If you're planning on going with the free service be aware that Customer Service is only available for Premium Account Holders. Even with that you aren't getting their best unless you pay an additional $3.99. This is not a normal cell service provider. It is a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol ) SIM. The service runs off of an app you must download onto your phone. (fcc.org/general/voice-over-internet-protocol-voip)
Web site will not let you sign up for the free plan. I wanted to see if my area was covered as I can only get AT&T. If I was covered I would have happily changed to a pay plan. I returned the card to Walmart.
Bought 2 of them. Visited Walmart store to activate it. They could not do it. Did not know how. They phoned for advise. Still did not know how. I returned sim cards for refund. No problem with refund but NO service.
