This is my all-time favorite collection! Not only does it clean my hair, but it also gives me bigger, more defined spikes! It also adds lots of bounce and shine. I love the energizing smell of nectarines! Each time I run the Virginia wellness pacer test at my middle school, I catch occasional wafts of it as my hair bounces and flies, and the more I smell it, the more energized and confident I get, so the longer I run! During that time, my pacer score went from 41 to 52! I love Herbal Essences; it works so much better than my old brand. I can't wait to tell my best friend and girlfriend about it...that way my group of friends will be using it ^ ^
hi first of all I'm a man ^_^ I wanted to thank you guys for your wonderful products I take them anywhere I travel to so I don't have to use other products. a time ago I used to have a very light hair , you could see my scalp through it and it all lies down like it doesn't wanna get up but when I started to use Herbal Essences Body Envy my hair became something else which made even women ask me what kinda shampoo I'm using. thank you very much for your extraordinary products. but sadly I didn't know about body envy's whole family products until I entered this website. I wish I can have them or at least to have them sold in my place.
I had this lying around in my bathroom drawer for about 3 months, and I didn't really think to use it, even though I bought it. But, I wanted to try something new because I was getting so bored with my other shampoo and conditioner, and my hair was feeling really flat. So, the first thing I noticed was how amazing this shampoo and conditioner smelled. It's an extremely fruity smell, so if you don't like fruity smells, then this isn't for you. (I personally love fruity scented anything haha.) It lathered very well, and I was able to get a dime sized amount all over my hair. It rinsed easily, and the conditioner was very thick. After I had blow dried my hair, I noticed how much bounce my hair had, and normally my thick, wavy hair just kind of sits there! And I noticed that even when I straightened my hair, it took me forty minutes compared to over an hour. And it stayed shiny, silky, and completely frizz-free! This helped with frizz a TON, and made my hair unbelievably soft and shiny. If you look at the FAQ on this website, this is the least moisturizing s/c set, but my hair feels completely moisturized! I recommend it to anyone, especially if you had super thick, wavy/curly, frizzy, dry, course hair like me! I love it!
I've been trying so many different shampoos and conditioners with little to no satisfaction. Even with the pro stylist "for your hair color" stuff hasn't done the trick. I have very wavy, somewhat thick, dry, and picky hair. It never looks nice! It's either too frizzy and poofy or too moisturized and flat. However, I decided to give the body envy shampoo a try and mixed it with the hello hydration conditioner. MY HAIR IS AWESOME! I washed with the shampoo all over, put a dab of the conditioner on the bottom (running the left overs on my hands through my scalp) of my hair, woke up in the morning, and my hair was just fab. It smells good,it feels smooth, but it's still got that bounce and wave that I love. :) I'm so satisfied that I don't think I'll ever go back to what's that brand again? Who cares! I have this now haha!
1.I use Body Envy Shampoo and conditioner. My thin limp hair is transformed into hair with body. The reason I put 4 stars for fragrance is that the fragrance wore off in an hour. It smelled good though. 2.I use Infusium 23 3 Minute Reconstructor while my hair is still damp. It makes my hair feel silky smooth! 3.I use Body Envy mousse on my roots for volume. 4. I blow dry my hair in sections while using a paddle brush and put some Body Envy gel to tame flyaways and frizz. 5.I put in some rollers for that "wave". I leave it in for about an hour or so. 6.I take off the rollers and use some Body Envy hairspray to finish off the look. The result? Beautiful thick and full wavy hair with body! My hair felt lightweight and silky smooth. It looked luscious! Totally reccomend the collection for limp hair that needs a boost!
This is by far my favorite shampoo in the whole collection, and the one I use most frequently. It smells great and gets my hair really clean. I have thin hair that lacks volume, but when I use this and dry my hair, I really notice a difference! My hair looks so much better when I dry it after using this shampoo. It also keeps it really soft. I tend to have oily hair as well, and this provides the right amount of cleaning for my hair, not too strong but not too weak. I would recommend this to anyone!
I tried Body Envy for the first time today and am in love. My long fine hair is now soft and silky, but not quite as voluminous as I'd hoped. The shampoo and conditioner smell so good. I also have to give props for the lid design. I just finished another brand whose lids were almost impossible to open with wet hands. Herbal Essences lids are super easy. So, great product + easy to use container means I'll be a repeat customer.
I used this for a while, but i would not buy this agian, nor would i recommend buying this. It made my hair thick, but robbed my hair of its moisture and made it super dry, and i was using a pretty good conditioner too (pantene [atleast it works good for ME]). Also, I'm not sure if it's because I have shorter hair now, but looking back i notice that my hair was wavy like it now/normally is. It also made it sort of look damaged, and that's not the best word, but it's good enough :)
The smell is just fantastic! I love it. Some people complain about how this product dosent work too well, but, hey, its only a few bucks, what can you expect? I have thick hair, that all ready has body from flipping my hair alot and REALLY making sure i scrub it in the shower. But overall, this works great.
i bought this shampoo cos my hair was getting oily and IT TOOK AWAY ALMOST ALL THE OIL!! i couldent believe it :-) it made my hair soft and shiny (all of the herbal essences shampoos do that to my hair) but it DIDNT necessarily give volume..... it did reduce frizz though!
