The mat is nice and thick and provides excellent cushion when working out on a hard tile floor. Able to do knee and back work without discomfort. Has helped me also in preventing slipping on the tile floor when doing mountain climbers, and other balancing excercises. I've had trouble doing crunches and other work outs on my back due to prior surgery. This mat allows me to do all the crunches I want, without discomfort. It is that well cushioned. Great for the price, excellent value!
I'm very picky about yoga mats. The ones I've used before are too thin; this one is perfect! Just enough padding, stays in place, great value...it's exactly what I wanted. And it comes with a carrying strap which I did not realize! Great bonus considering the average strap, by itself, costs as much as this mat. I would definitely recommend this product.

It's super light and easy to roll out but still has a nice cushion. It only came in one color blue and was an excellent price. It's easy to carry around outside or in the house but doesn't come with a bag to put it in. I'm 5'0 and this may is a little bit bigger than me if anyone needs to know the size. I can easily roll it up and store in my closet and it doesn't take up much space.
This mat provides extra comfort for my pregnant fiancé. She loves it! I myself am not fond of most yoga mats. I purchased one for myself and also love it.
I have tile flooring where I work out, so its good for home use.
This is a good exercise matt. Firm and comfortable. Long enough. I wish it was really cushy as I lie on a hard floor, but that would have meant much more money. This one is fine and a great value.
Thinner than expected tho I read others' reviews. Still waiting for the ends to stop rolling up. The one side is corrugated so it grabs surfaces to keep skidding which is nice. When I picked it up from ship to store dept it was over wrapped with extra plastic but looked like it had been previously opened and had two long greasy streaks; one on each side that could not be washed off. Because I just got the mat as a backup for workouts on the road I decided to keep it despite the few flaws because of the very modest price.
I use this mat for floor exercises. It's thick and dense, so my knees and hips don't hurt during the exercises. I like it for that reason. The biggest disappointment is that it doesn't have a strap to tie around it to keep it together while traveling. There was one reviewer who said this mat has that strap, but it does not. It's a bit of a pain to haul around, so if you need a mat that will travel well, I don't recommend this one. If you just need a mat to use at home and don't care about toting it around, this one is excellent. This mat also seems to scar easily. After one use, there were indentations that weren't there earlier.
This mat is one of the cheapest I was able to find, & I was hoping to not have to pay a whole lot. However, like others have mentioned, there is no strap included like the picture depicts, & after literally 2 minutes of using it for my first workout, there's a fairly large gouge in the mat. I think maybe it was damaged in shipping & as soon as I stepped on it it exposed the tear. I wanted to have bought a good product for a fair price, but unfortunately I think I got a product as cheaply made as the price I paid. Either that or I was just the victim of bad shipping practices. Either way, I'm frustrated to own a brand new, yet damaged product.
