[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This filter is awesome! It's heavy duty, filters quickly and quietly, and blends into my tank perfectly! I wish it was a little less wide, but other than that it's ideal! It sticks to the side of the tank and doesn't fall off easily either. My turtle is big and very active and he has no problem with it falling off the side or it being in his way. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works for tanks up to 40 gallons. It includes suction cups and hanging clips that make installation quick and easy. Also, a protective grate is in place to prevent the your Turtle from accidentally entering the filter. This also helps with any odor, water and debris.

It definitely came right on time!! We got a 40 gallon tank for our yellow eared slider. Its a bit loud, but we expected it to be. Our tank is in the living room so the sound isn't bothersome to us. On the side of the box it advised you get a reptile water conditioner they sell. Our little guy is so happy. Thanks for the great work Zilla and walmart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup for the filter was simple, and directions weren't needed but there if you wanted. I found it to be straightforward to install with no issues. There is an excellent water flow that returns into the tank. The pump itself is quiet, which is a big plus. My axolotls tanks are nosey and really didn't want to add to the noise levels. I am using this to go inside my RECS tank at the moment; the tank is cycling, so I figured it would be a nice try to give this a go. While cycling the tank, I've used the nonlive fish and just using food. The filter cleaned up the excess food satisfactorily for the area it is used in. In my opinion, this will work for smaller tanks to keep the water from becoming stagnant or looking dirty. I always like to use a higher filter capability, so I'm using for half the tank ( pond side ) of approximately 10 gallons. I'll give it a month, and if it's not holding up, edit my review to show the new results.

It was shipped to us without the actual box for the filter product. We received a bubble wrapped filter with no instructions or proof that it was even new or the actual Zilla filter!! Unacceptable walmart
