This is the best one they ever made, hands down. My fiance had this same model for years and years. Only reason we got a replacement is because the blades were dull on the old one. The battery stays charged for weeks and it's easy to use. He has tried others and the batteries were always weak and pieces broke off of them, etc. I should probably buy 2 more and keep them under the sink for when this one is done!
I had owned a previous generation of this Wahl trimmer which had served me well until I broke the beard height attachment. A replacement attachment would have cost as much as buying a whole new trimmer, so this was a no-brainer. It does appear that the quality of workmanship on this latest generation of the trimmer has dropped down a notch, but it still works as well as my previous one.
Great product for the price. Im not sure about durability but initial quality is great. Would totally recommend it.
