This just runs a bit big to me and has not elastic inside to make it smaller. Great value though to me for the money. Walmart has good prices for uniform clothes!
This product is excellent for little girls. It takes a beating, that is sure. I have twins and they each have one. They are great, they wash very easily, and they are just a shade over-large. They also have built-in shorts. They are perfect for Girl Scouts, or any other uniform, or just to have a pair of khaki skirts! I highly recommend them.
This is a nice little skort for school,I ordered a size 4 and its floating around my 6 year olds waist (she's a 6 slim). so it runs a bit big. but I still love it .

I bought this a little big. It is a really cute and well put together item. Like the side zip. It was very wrinkled and I had to iron it for first wear.
I bought this item fir my daughter who is a bit chubby. Because it is a stretch material, it fits well, The quality of the material is good and the little attached shorts are great. It is also a great length for her right above the knees.
I liked the skirt but prefer an adjustable waistband for my growing child and also the shorts underneath (skort). The skirt only had belt loops. Also, the size was too large, that's why I returned it.
Daughter wore this skirt first day came home the whole bottom stitch is out. However she is use to getting holes in her stockings and she had no holes yesterday and no hem so 1 out of 2 aren't bad
I consider my daughter normal sized for five, but this skirt I had to pin to get to fit her. The material wasn't what I would call stretch, it felt more twill like and therefore shows up lint and pet hair really well. Maybe once she grows into it, then it will be better, but the fabric still collects lint really easily and is a little stiff even after several washes.
These arrived very wrinkled and very big. Bought a size 6 for my 1st grader thinking the stretch in the waist would help the skirt last throughout the year. Should've bought a size 5. These are way too big. However now that I see how easily they wrinkle, I may not want to try the size 5 at all. :(
