I love this mouthwash it is just as good as Listerine it makes your mouth feel clean and fresh and that bit of burning that you feel let you know that it's doing a great job I use this consistently and I am pretty sure that if you try you would love it also
The mouthwash is as expected and it arrived intact.
My husband used listerine only for many many years refused to use any other generic.MW...until I trick him and pour this mouthwash in listerine original bottle, after he was almost half way done with the mouthwash...I broke the news to him...he was surprised didn't notice the difference...I save a few $$$$ now.
I checked and compared, both, the Active and Inactive ingredients of this Equate brand against the Listerine brand, and guess what, they are both IDENTICAL, and obviously, they taste the SAME too, so this is a 'No Brainer' when it comes to which one to buy, especially considering that one cost around $4-5 more per large bottle!
This product does the job and is much more inexpensive than the similar Listerine product. Don't drink it and the taste is not too relevant. My mouth does feel fresher and cleaner after using this product. This is the strong stuff not one of those sweet and sticky mouthwashes that seem to contain a lot of sugar.
GREAT PRODUCT - VERY REASONABLE PRICE! SAME PRODUCT AS THE EXPENSIVE BRAND SITTING ON THE SHELF BESIDE THE WALMART BRAND!!!! REALLY HELPS WITH YOUR DENTAL HYGIENE!!!! USE DAILY!!!
Burns well. I know a lot of people don't like this flavor, but I love it because it's not sweet and burns my mouth so good. Burn=dead mouth microbes. I don't buy mouthwash for taste, I buy it to do its job! Also, I may have to go back to name brand because this does not claim anywhere on the label that it kills 99.9% of germs, and that is a big deal for me. Nonetheless, this will be used up, and it is effective as judged by the intense burn for 30 seconds. It is the perfect end to a thorough brushing session!
Its a little bitter and strong so I add water to dilute it with about 10 oz of water and thus the value is even greater. Great for the gums and breath. I gargle with it every night before bedtime and I feel it does a great job overnite. The bottle is easy to pour into a glass.
Most effective for mouth cleansing but I must emphasize that it is on the bitter side, when it comes to the taste. Nevertheless it is definitely effective and I would rather take the bitter taste instead of the other ones that add additives to make it taste better. It's a personal choice.
Luckily, the only other thing in the box was a 5-pack of flushable wipes. But they were all covered by Listerine (generic Equate® brand), which must have only recently happened since they were fairly well soaked, but the outer cardboard box was not quite wet all the way through. Still, all it takes is a quick twist on the cap to ensure that such a thing doesn't happen.
