I just got my free product to try, and I am VERY pleased! I use these little brushes between my teeth. I think they are much nicer that floss, and leave my teeth feeling clean. For years I have used the Dentex Slim Brush, and thought I'd give the Equate a try. I'm so glad I did! The Equate Interdental Brushes have a slim brush, similar to the Dentex Slim brush, but they are bigger and have a cover to protect the brush. They have a nice thin brush, with a stronger metal tie for more durability. The Dentex Slim brush is designed for a single use. The Equate Interdental can be used several times. And because it is covered, you can keep a few in your purse or pocket for those times when you get something stuck between your teeth while away from home without a toothbrush! The Dentex is very slightly tapered, while the Equate is slim all the way from top to bottom. Dentex has a similar product with the cap which I haven't tried. But, no need to now. I really like these! And the mint taste is nice, too!
These cleaners are much better than traditional flossing. They have bristles that are soft and slide really easily between teeth. They feel good to your gums. I like the covers on them for sanitary reasons but they also fit on the handle to make them longer for hard to reach areas. Love the mint taste. Really refreshing.
This package holds 20 of these little Interdental Brush Cleaners. They are orange and white and very slender. I really like the way that they work, and I think they are much better than flossing. I thought they were awfully small at first then I stopped to read and it said the cap could be used to put on the bottom and extend the length. And that worked great for me. The brushes are very soft and not at all rough so that you don't have to worry about them hurting your gums. They are such a convenient size that you can carry these anywhere with you. throw one in your purse or carry one in your pocket or carryall. They are much better than a toothpick. I really liked the mint flavor, I really wish these brushes had more of a lasting mint flavor. I am quite pleased with them, I would definitely recommend them, you can take them anywhere and use them anywhere they are so small. I just love them. I have given them a 5 star rating.
I received the Equate Interdental Brush Cleaners from Spark Reviewer in exchange for my honest review. After having some from very costly dental maintenance, these interdental brushes are apart of my daily brushing routine. My dentist recommended these and I have been in love with them. Prior to trying these, I was trying a name brand version. These do the same and cost less than the name brand version. I have braces and these get in between my teeth and brackets with ease. They are mint flavored which makes you feel like your teeth are really clean. I love that the package is resealable. I can travel with these or slide these in my purse. I love these and I recommend them strongly. Your dentist will thank you.
I use some rubbery little thingy to clean between my tight teeth, which are also sensitive. I never liked this rubber thing because little pieces break off and get stuck. I had tried a plastic, harder brush cleaner, which hurt, and some other little brushes, which also hurt. Along came the opportunity to try the equal brand, which I buy often, and I was pleasantly surprised: the brush is very soft, gentle, bendable, with a cap to protect the brush or extend the handle, and just the right size for my front teeth with a larger gap, the standard does not fit between my tight gaps but I will look for them during my next Walmart visit. I looked up the price on Walmart and they are also quite cheaper than comparable brand names.
I just absolutely have fallen in love with these cleaners. I am not buying anymore floss. The first time I got them I was reading the packaging. I was like I'm not putting wires in my mouth. But after using them I changed my mind. They will still have your gum sore like floss but they get the places in your mouth that flowa can not get and never have reached. Try these
I love these little brush cleaner's! These little gems get into tight spaces and pull out the icky stuff that your brush & floss can't get! These get that extra food plaque that you think floss gets. My grandson had braces and he still uses them after his Braces removed. He too lives them. He keeps a few in his wallet! I have them in my car, purs, & bathroom. I really like the mint ones because they really do leave mouth minty. The cap that protects them is well contracted ant stays on tight! Equate Interrdental Brush Clearners play a big roll in my families daily oral care. I have a cute little spray bottle that I keep on counter in bathroom that has peroxide mixed with water to spray these clearners and our tooth brushes. You can reuse them for about 7/8 times before you discard them. I recommend them highly!!!
This works great for that space at the bottom between your teeth. Flosse doesn't work getting that space cleaned out. Brushing doesn't either. Toothpick nope. This really helps getting and keeping your teeth clean. I can eat jerky without and easily clean my teeth. The nylon bristles are mounted on a thin wire. So you stiff enough to push this the gap between teeth and bendable to get to the back teeth. There are 20 in the package to be used 10 days or more. The bristles didn't cause pain or bleeding unless you jam the wire wrong. I did once but it was my error.
I asked the family to join me in trying out Equate's Brush Cleaners. It's unanimous... they are a winner! Each minty brush (there were 20 in this baggie) was easy to use and did a good job of getting into those in-between and hard-to-reach places, but there's a mini problem. Found the little-wired brush a bit too "bendy". Had to keep straightening it out, but it worked. Used a tissue to unbend and mop the tip. They are tiny and convenient to carry. Faster than flossing and we just rinsed our brushes with mouthwash. A great addition to any personal care kit.
Nice size package and seem to work well. Not sure about using them for ten days as they seem more flexible than other brands I have used. Clean well and being flexible easy to reach small spaces.
