The Equate Interdental Brushes for Wide Spaces, 20 Count Are very good...the ones i was using by another company was no where As nice as these..the brush can get everything out of my gums and between My teeth.Nice to be able to take them with you in your purse.. They have a very good cap on them and you can keep washing it after Every use and dispose of them weekly. The bristles on them are very soft And easy to use no matter where you are.
My husband has bridge work. He was delightully pleased with how these little brushes work. He really believes that if he had known about them a long time ago, he could have saved the bridge work done in his mouth. He easily was able to clean the teeth underneath the bridge. He was thrilled with this. They have a slight minty flavor which is a plus for fresh breath.
My dentist recommended this product to me. I have used it for at least a year and find it invaluable. It removes food particles caught up next to your gums in little pockets between your teeth. I have 3 teeth on the right side and one on the left that have this problem. Floss doesn't remove these food particles nearly as well as the soft bristles on these little brushes. I use the "Wide Spaces" rather than the narrower ones.
When they arrived I used right away. Easy to use. The small brush fit between each of my teeth. My teeth felt clean after use. I like the small size. I can keep them in a lot of places. I will probably keep most in bathroom cabinet. I will use daily. Nice mint flavor. I like that i can clean them after use. Can use upto 10 times for each brush. Nice little cap for protection. 20 per pack.
These interdental brushes comes with an anti-bacterial caps. I have them because my son have diastema, which it is a wide open space between teeth, it works perfectly. But I also use them, the brush have a super soft minty flavor, and I can reach my back molars easily. "I can't with a normal toothbrush. They are like 2" long, easy to carry. Love the cap. The brush is very soft wont damage your teeth and do a great job cleaning. The price? Way better than Dentex which it is compared to. These will be my new addition to my purse and my bathrooms.
I wanted these for my granddaughter who has braces. These are great for people who wear braces. See the photos of my granddaughters' use of the Interdental brushe(s). She said she loves them and is grateful to have them. She says it is useful in cleaning plaque on her teeth; it is good going in and around her braces. I would recommend this even for people without braces.
These brushes are awesome. They clean between wide tooth gaps, as well as keep our drinking straws clean! I like that each brush has a cap to keep bristles contained. The handle is just the right size to hold by awkward adult fingers. I'm very happy about these little dental brushes.
I've used the equate Interdental Brushes in standard width (orange) for many years. I love them, I use them after flossing everyday. My hygienist always says my gums are great. The wide spaces brush (blue) fits between most of my teeth. There are a few teeth it won't fit between because the wire is too wide. To get a better cleaning, I'm going to use both the wide and the standard equate Interdental Brushes from now on. Using the brushes is very easy, the cap fits on the bottom and makes the brush a little longer. I bend mine at a 45 degree angle and it's easy to reach between all my teeth. The brushes are reusable, I rinse them with hot water, and a bag of 20 lasts me well over a year.
I originally thought there were those little travel toothbrushes that allowed a way to quickly brush and refresh. That's not what these are. These are actually for cleaning out small areas if you have braces or bridges - and for that purpose, they do quite well. The brush tip isn't super long, but it is flexible - think of it as a toothpick with a toothbrush at the end of it. So when getting between hard to reach places that your toothbrush won't, these will do the job!
The interdental brushes are for people with large gaps between their teeth. I do not have that so can't say how that can work. However, I can say that it doesn't have a minty taste. The bristles are soft and grip handle is comfortable and long. It says that you can reuse a brush for up to 10 days?! Doesn't seem sanitary. Plus it says that it only 'recommends' you wash it in between uses?!?! Convenient cover so that you can reuse it I'd you choose.
