This adapter is better than others because it is easier to remove the K-cup after brewing. And with the compatible filter paper inserts in the ground coffee cup, clogging the vue brewer is not an issue. The combination is great for two options!
Due to Keurig changing their cup sizes and companies having K cup only, this alternative is by far the most valuable product when having a Vue machine. It allows you to make drinks with K cups and now that it looks like Keurig is slowing transitioning into K cups only (what it looks like). Most definitely a must have. Along with a K Cup converter, they also included a make your own coffee. So if you still love your original ground coffee you can still make that one special ground coffee that you love.
It has made me really sad that you can not find Vue cups anymore. When you can find them they are very expensive and there are only one or two flavors available. Now that Keurig has gone back the original K-Cup design it made it almost impossible to not upgrade to the new Keurig machines. I did not want to get rid of my Vue as I love it. I have not had any problems with it and there was no need for me to pay for a new machine. This device works great at allowing you to use K-Cups in your Vue machine. I would tell you that you will need to clean your machine after every use in case any coffee grounds got into the machine. It is really easy to do this. All you have to do is place an empty cup or mug on the tray with nothing in the holder and run an 8 ounce cup cycle.
Perfect solution for owners of Keurig Vue coffee makers. Makes it possible to use regular K-cups instead of the increasingly hard to find Vue cups. I haven't used the filter insert for ground coffee yet, but it's a nice plus as an option.
If you own a Keurig Vue, you need to buy this because it is becoming impossible to find Vue Coffee Pods except on the internet. With this adapter, you can use K cup coffe pods in your Vue machine. It works great>
This item could not come soon enough! Everything in the store these days is mainly for K Cups and I have a VUE. Not fair since K cups cost less as well. Disappointed that it had to be ordered and not readily available on the shelf. The product works as expected. It's very durable and for the price it should be. Be careful at the end when you're pulling it out. There may be some leftover liquid and flavor you may want to add to your mug.
It fits perfectly, is easily cleaned and provides me with the compatibility of parts needed for using my own coffee with the Keurig VUE coffee maker.
Finally there is hope for those of us who own Vue Kuerig machines that function fine. I am sure all of those coffee drinkers pertaining to my opening statement know the difficulty in finding Vue pods. Not to mention the lack of variety of flavors available, now one can change the scope of your coffee drinking experience without buying a new machine!
