We have been using this crib for almost 4 months. It has been great for us. Very sturdy. Color is slightly lighter than pictured, but matched other furniture well. Box was in great shape. My husband couldn't find the instructions at first and then realized they are printed on the bottom of the board that supports the mattress. Quick and easy assmebly! The price has gone up quite a bit since we purchased ours.
I absolutely love this crib. My daughter is 15 months old now and it is still just as beautiful and durable as it was the first day we put it together. I would definately recommend this crib to anyone. I am having a little trouble finding the rails to convert the crib into a bed. But I am sure I will find them eventually!
My husband and I put this crib together the other night and I am so happy with it. The color is quite different from the picture on Wal-Mart's website, but I had read other reviews and so I knew to expect something different. It's more of a honey-oak color, much warmer and more golden than the photo shows. The only complaint I have is that the directions were missing an entire step!! Thank goodness my husband is handy and was able to figure things out. I absolutely love the crib and look forward to getting the matching changing table.
i love this crib! it is very sturdy and well made. we bought this crib for my five month old daughter when she outgrew her bassinett. it is perfect! and for the price you couldnt ask for a better crib!
Purchased in February 2005, one of the slats was broken during shipping. Called Storkcraft (in Canada) - they replaced it for free. The replacement was also broken in shipping - Storkcraft replaced it also for free. Replacement of parts takes time - up to 3-4 weeks. Don't procrastinate in putting the crib together before the arrival of your child, just in case you do need replacement parts. Also, the company's telephone number and assembly instructions are permanently glued to the mattress support base board - so you will never lose them. Having the adjustable mattress heighth saved us from purchasing a changing table for the nursery. Lowering the mattress heighth when needed was easy. Our daughter NEVER even tried to climb out of the crib. When we first converted the crib to the toddler bed, my daughter told her daycare teacher that I broke her bed. She then figured out how much independence she had to get in/out of her toddler bed all by herself and all was great. Found a local furniture liquidator store sold the rails for $29/set. Again, my daughter was very excited to see her big girl full-size bed for the first time after we converted it. All crib bedding works through the toddler bed. The convertible crib, upright 5-drawer dresser and the hutch/chest dresser all still look fabulous after 3.5 years.
i love the bed, it was very easy to assemble and came out very nice. great quality and very thick wood, not like plywood or anything. i was very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
I was looking for cribs everywhere and this one caught my eye. Not only was the price great so was the product. Unlike other reviews, my crib did not come in a bad box. The wood matched my changing table perfectly. But it is lighter than the picture.
I had my eye on this crib for quite some time so when it went on sale I had to buy it! The color was a little lighter than the picture but it was just perfect. Two sets of hands and about an hour and a half later, the crib was all set up for our baby girl's arrival. The only downfall is that you have to be very careful when setting it up. The wood (if it's even real wood, idk) scratches way too easily. After we made a scratch from dropping the screwdriver, we tried to be more careful. Also, you have to set it up in the room you're going to have it in because it won't fit through doorways when it's set up. Overall, this is a beautiful crib and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's expecting! And for the price, you can't beat it! :)
very nice, wasent to hard to put togather and it matched very well with the add.it's very sturdy and well made.we have just put it togather and we have not used it as of yet.still waiting for the arrival of our little one,but we are very plesed with the craftmanship of this bed.
The crib looks good , Thats all , no instraction on how to bueld it , made out of cheep wood .
