Aveeno creamy moisturizing oil is the best it makes my skin super soft and moisturized. It also smells so good but it's not a super strong smell so it's not over kill.
Doesn't smell of anything to my now nose. Very moisturizing and has a nice texture that absorbs easily. Good lotion for when my skin is more sensitive.
I love Aveeno products a lot and this lotion made me love them a whole lot more. It is very lightweight and melts into your skin. Leaves your skin looking very shiny and moisturized. The scent is the most important part of the product and it smells very yummy. Like oatmeal and vanilla! But if you don't like strong scents this product is not for you because the scent lasts a very long time.
Either you never read these reviews, or you truly just DON'T CARE! What part of "this lotion sucks" do you not understand? All of these customers and myself are BEGGING you !! to bring back the original formula of the Creamy Moisturizing Oil Lotion. It's ridiculous the responses say the same thing.....we would like to know more about your experience. Are you kidding, were telling you in page long reviews and you do NOTHING to satisfy your long time customers. Obviously this was done to cut costs, but it's not worth a penny if everyone hates it. Why would you think we want to smell like coconut suntan lotion all day, every day ? YUK ! The new stuff is thin, watery and stinks. Please bring back the ORIGINAL formula/recipe, exactly.
This new version is horrible. It smells like coconut. It doesn't leave a nice sheen like the pink top formula. I've been using this for 10 years and no one likes this new one. No one. Why one earth would you discontinue this. Even the new formula is hard to find. Who ever made this decision to change and/or discontinue this should be fired!! Total fail.
I used the "old" formula for nearly 2 decades, recommended it to everyone and used it every day. I bought it in bulk because my sensitive skin requires a lot of lotion and this was the only product I ever found that I could use will no ill side effects. I'm also very sensitive to scents and the "old" scent is the only one I've ever been able to tolerate. The "new" formula feels different, makes me itchy and gives me a headache from the scent. I have been buying up the "old" formula anywhere that I can but have no idea what I'm going to do when everyone is out of stock. I'm very upset about this product change as are many Aveeno users. PLEASE bring back the old formula! Even if it costs more, I will happily purchase it for the next 2 decades!
This was my favorite lotion for my dry skin and it was impossible to find, so I always bought 2 when I could find it. This new formula is nowhere near as good. The scent is not the same at all and I have to reapply multiple times a day. I won't be buying this again.
The bottle is not the only thing different. The smell is terrible I agree with others and I just want the old formula/scent back. Every product I love has either been changed for the worse or discontinued. Not what I would expect from this company.
Why can't they leave products that work alone? They say new look. Well there is also a new SMELL! Horrible. This lotion smells like coconuts and then BO after an hour outside. Come on Aveeno, do better. This was the one lotion that I found that didn't feel heavy or have a strong smell and you had to go and "improve" it....this is not an improvement. All you did was make it smell like all the other coconut smelling lotion. Please bring the old one back or sell me what you have left. Very disappointed customer.
Shame on me, I looked at the photo that said “new look” and I ordered several bottles. There are only five ingredients that are the same so this should have said “new formula” and should've had a new UPC code. I agree with everyone else. Don't screw up a formula that people have loved for a long time.
