These look great for workplaces that have dress codes that do not permit sneakers. Dark brown wingtips like these are acceptable anywhere. They feel like leather sneakers on my feet. Nice traction on the bottom, not slick on the bottom like some other dress shoe. I can't comment on how long they may last as yesterday was the first day I wore them to work but if they are comfortable without a break in, I am sure I will continue to love them. They do feel and look like they should last.
