This thing is built like a tank, and this is a good thing! My only quibble is I wish it would collapse totally flat. Maybe this wasn't possible from an engineering stand point. Great product.
I purchased this for my daughter's strength training exercises. I wish I had purchased it 2 plyo-boxes ago. I wanted something that was stable and compact. I did not have the space for multiple plyo boxes. I came across this and it is the greatest thing since “sliced bread”. It has 4 different easy height adjustments. It is sturdy, solid, and compact. It came pre-assembled. If you are looking for a step/plyo-box for your workouts, this is the best that money can buy!!! The future in plyo-boxes is here. Look no further.
This is great! Way higher than any of my other steps. Not made of plastic! Very sturdy and a great piece to use at home or gym. A little challenge at first to change height settings, but you will get it. Very glad I made this purchase. Have used it countless times already!
Wanted to do box jumps and step ups/lunges with weights in small space (NYC apartment), this box is great for that. I am over 200 pounds, box is very stable for all kinds of movements, with or without weights. Changing the height is very easy and relatively fast. I also have a Stamina pull-up and dip tower, which is also a great product. You really can't go wrong with their functional fitness products.
I couldn't be more happy with this product. I bought 2 for my personal training studio, and they're working perfectly. It takes a few times adjusting the height to get comfortable doing that, but after you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. I really like the wide platform and how sturdy they feel. Highly recommend.
This plyobox has multiple uses at multiple levels. From box jumps to supporting the arms when working out the lats, to using it as a platform, there's not many out there that are adjustable or is as versatile as this.
Love everything about it. Feels solid when jumping on it. I do dips, pushups, attach my battle ropes to the legs and of course box jumps. Its 52 lbs but totally worth it when jumping on it.
I ran across this while looking for jump boxes for my granddchildren and it eliminated my biggest fear, which was injury due to instability as found with most all the available boxes. A real bonus turned out to be the fact that you could also use it as a slant board for e.g., doing eccentric quad/patellar tendon strengthening exercises! Quality is excellent!!
The sturdiest plyo box I have ever owned. It's solid and well made. Excellent grip when I jump on and off. I have it set at the lowest height and I get a nice workout.
This plyo box is extremely well made, very sturdy and easily adjustable. With more people working out at home now due to Covid, this is a sound investment. You have three heights, you can use it for more than just plyos, it doesn't take up a lot of room. You can stand it on its side at the lowest 12” to store it out of the way when not in use. It's a great addition to my home gym.
