if you buy the charge kit the cable get it the way and takes for even to charge. this is better because it also comes with a free battery pack. i have 5 battery packs. yes the battery pack do die quick because these battery are not to less a life time. my battery last about 25-30 hrs like to say in the manual.
I bought this product for my son's X-Box wireless controller. He was going through AA batteries like crazy; we were usually out of batteries for other items (flashlights, camera, travel clocks, etc). So far it has been great. While on summer vacation he plays on-line for several hours a day. These rechargeable batteries last nearly a week. Because of the dual charger, it's less of a hassle to swap out the battery pack than the standard AA's. I highly recommend this product as an alternative to standard batteries (and it's "greener" also).
i love this product it is way more convient than the charge and play. the batteries have a pretty long life. i would definitely recommend this product. i also loved the site to store pickup.
To everyone out there looking for a recharge kit, buy this! I bought one of similar price made by nyko and i could never get the controlers to sync with the console. I decided to buy this microsoft kit because it had excellent reviews. Spent less than $30 and I have'nt had any problems with it whatsoever! The battery lasts 25+hours or so on less than 2 hour charge. The only dissapointing thing is it only comes with 1 battery when it shows 2 in the product pic. But for about 12 bux more you can buy a second battery. its still an awsome value. BUY MICROSOFT when purchasing accessories for your 360 and you will be trouble free.
I highly recommend this product. It saves money on batteries, and long life for those hardcore gamers. I like that it charges the battery pack in a wall outlet instead of the game system.
I have this and it works great. I like it better than the plug and play because the Xbox 360 is meant to be wireless. It doesn't take very long at all for the batteries to charge. I love it and would recommend it.
It's fun recharging batteries. Even for the 360 wireless controllers. It's ether recharge or draw.
This a must have for anyone with a Xbox 360 charges batteries super fast. The only problem I have is that I didn't read the back of the package and I thought it came with two rechargeable batteries and it doesn't only one. An do not leave it plugged in if not in use it makes a annoying whining sound. But other than that it is a great charger much better than the Plug and Play.
I bought this battery pack charger in January of this year and at first didn't actually have much use for it because I was still at school. I used it maybe once or twice during my time at college which was until may. When summer began I started it use the charger pack much more in around June and July. However after putting my battery pack into the charger yesterday I then took a nap. After I has woken up about an hour later, the charger was no longer working and still won't. I have heard a few other friends tell me something similar happened to them too. The charger is awesome at first I just hope it doesn't randomly stop working on you too...
and yes they are the rechargable ones , first off i let two of my packs charge for as long as it said and i put it in my controller and i was playing and i looked at how much battery i had left and this was problly like five minutes after i put them in my controller and i had one bar so i bought the charge and play kit instead because it RUINED THEM!
