We purchased the Pack N Play so that our new Grandaughter would have a place to sleep and play when she comes to visit. It was a big hit with the parenets and Baby Z. We had a nice visit and now the unit is all folded up and neatly stored until the next opportunity.
I found this online on clearance but wanted to see it for myself at my local store before I purchased it. It was not only on clearance as advertised, but VERY reduced at the store. I bought it for only $30.00 and am purchasing another as back up. My original Graco pack n play broke after MUCH wear/tear AND abuse from two very active toddlers. This one is sturdy and although doesn't have all the "frills" of many others, it provided exactly what I needed. A place for my toddler to nap and sleep. In my opinion...I couldn't of found a "used" one for this price, and had the peace of mind that it was in perfect condition.
I wanted an inexpensive Pack and Play to use when the grandkids come over and this turns out to be exactly what I needed. Having set up my daughter's pack and play in the past, I was familiar with the set up and take down and the changing table comes in handy for little ones. I did purchase a pad to make it a little softer for sleeping.
I think that this was a great buy!!! I ended up purchasing this for my daughter for her daycare even though it was blue. I probably changed my mind and cancelled the item a few times before i was sure. So far I think it works fine, havent had any complaints on it. Its perfect because there is a changer plus the little bag on the side to store diapers and there was no set up needed. Wish they sold it in more colors......would have been nice.
I own a small daycare and I have several pack n plays from Graco. I like this pack n play the best for it's ease of setup, durability and the mattress fits nice and secure in the bottom of it.
We bought this play yard for our 4 month old daughter. So far, it's been wonderful. I found it very easy to set up and the diaper changing station is quite handy. We plan to use it a lot more this summer.
We use a Graco pack-n-play at home, and I purchased this one for use on a trip (I had it sent ahead). I chose Graco again because they are so easy to set up and because I've compared play yard mattress padding in the store and the other brands feel like cardboard. I chose this particular play yard because of the low price and because we didn't need a bassinet or other features. I would have foregone the changing table, but it was sort of handy even if my son was technically too big for it. It's quite sturdy. You can set the main play pen up within minutes of removing it from the box. The diaper stacker snaps on and the changing table takes about 5 minutes (or less) of easy assembly. The padded changing platform has a firm piece of chipboard that slides into it to give a solid base and it attaches to the play yard on three sides like a sort of hammock with long u-shaped plastic clips. On the fourth side is a metal rod that extends across the top. Snap tabs on three sides add more stability. We didn't use those because I removed the changing pad when the baby was inside the play pen part, and all the unsnapping got tedious after awhile. Also, I used a travel changing pad on top of the Graco platform to keep it clean. The mattress pad on the play yard itself is firm with 1/2 inch of padding and a woven synthetic cover. Babies seem delicate, but they do just fine on surfaces like this. However, we got a waterproof pad and used a play yard sheet in case of diaper leads, etc. That added to the softness a bit. The whole thing folds up, changing table and all, and fits into the carrying case. I would definitely recommend this play yard for travel. I can't speak of long term durability, but our other Graco is used daily and is fine after more than a year. I trust the quality. Also, the blue design is simple and nice.
I like this one because it is easy and simple. Right now we are out growing our home and need space savers, this one does the trick. I have owned other play pins and I like this brand. The diaper holder and baby changingtop is a nice feature I like as well.
I bought this playpen about 4 years ago. It is very easy to set up. I was very happy about the price. I used the changing table all the time when my son was a baby. I have since used it on 2 other babies that I have babysat for. The holes for the velcro tabs on the pad that go through and attach to the bottom of the playpen to keep it secure, have wripped a little so they are now stretched out, and the bag that the playpen comes in has some wear on it. I do home daycare and a lot of the parents provide the playpens for their babies, and I have had a lof of mor expensive playpens to compare this one with. The only huge difference I have found is that this playpen matt is not very thick or cushioned. The babies dont seem to mind at all, but if you want something well cushioned then this isn't it.
I bought this pack-n-play yesterday for my daughter. Best part is how extremely easy it was to set up and it only took me about five minutes. For occasional use, it'd be great; however, I purchased it for everyday use. My 20 month old daughter climbed out of her crib and landed on her face about a month ago. After a trip to the doctor's office, I put the crib in the garage. She was sleeping in her Graco Travel Lite Pack-n-Play which is eight inches shorter and six inches narrower than this new one. I loved the old one! The mattress pad tucked securely under little plastic things in each corner. The only reason I bought this one yesterday is because she's outgrown the Travel Lite one. This Georgia Dotty one's mattress moves around even though I secured it with the Velcro strips. Also, the bottom's center support is very hard which you can feel through the mattress pad and when she stands up, she sinks almost to the floor. She only weighs 22 lbs. Long story short, I'm returning it for one that hopefully has a more solid bottom with a pad that secures. Oh, and the mattress pad is quite thin compared to the Travel Lite one. Overall, if you're looking for occasional use, this is a good one for the price.
