I purchased this as a replacement for the Puritans pride version of Arginine/Ornithine (#005411) which I had used for years when Puritans discontinued theirs. Even though ingredients are the same and in same dosage, this just didn't have the same effect at all. Might be good for other people who are new to this amino combo but as a substitute for the former Puritans brand it isn't at all the same. Would not buy again.
