Feels like a real gym bike. Sturdy. Fairly quite. And its a great workout.
Awesome well built bike for the money, have been shopping for one for quite some time. I didn't want to spend 1200 or more, I just use it for exercise not competition. After looking at so many of these I feel its the best for under 800.
The site to store worked really well and especially since the store assembled the bike for me free of charge. The spin bike is well built and easy to ride.
I have found this bike solid in struture. It has good adjustment ranges for the seat and handle bars. The grip and positions are good for the bike. The chain drive is louder than expected, but with good music it is easy to tune out. The tension adjustment is limited in range, however is challenging for climing or easy for a good flat road ride. For a beginner spin bike it is a decent price and the construction is solid. It was easy to assemble as well. Still waiting for replacement DVD's which were damaged in the shipping.
The bike arrived missing several parts and the handle bar was difficult to put into place.called the service department and they were very efficient and sent everything quickly.it is a bit noises to ride but not bad. Can hear your music or tv just fine.the seat was very hard and painful.replaced the seat with on from Wal-Mart and now it's good to go.it was a good choice I believe.
Main feature for me was durability and that's what you get with the Proform 315ic Some clanking with the chain drive but nothing like everyone says music doesn't cure. I get great workout and that's what counts,site to store was also great received the bike in less time than was scheduled.I would definitely use it again
This machine is very good for the money as it comes complete with computer. The wheel is great as being above the minimum 40lb I needed. Still a noisy and light duty machine.
Never buy a pro form exercise bike. After only having it for 3 months it just broke and I have been on hold with them now for over 20 mins just trying to get someone on the phone. This is just horrible! Company is hard to get in touch with and the product is not worth your money!
I put together the bike with no problem started exercising on the bike soon after it was extremely noisy and that was very distracting however what was worse was 15 minutes into the exercise routine the chain snap/broke and now I have the arduous task of disassembling the bike and returning it to Wal-Mart. My suggestion do not buy this product there is a reason why the real spin bikes are over 1k.
