I have two kids under 4- making time to workout has been hard for me. I live in a very small town with no family to help with watching kids to workout. This is a total lifesaver. I have been an avid jogger my entire life and I love this equipment because I can get my "runner high" without leaving my house, its quiet enough to use WITH my kids napping in the same room and I have had zero pain
I use it every day.
I use this machine in addition to walking and strength training.

Good product, have to adjust a few times after several times use because handle seems to get loose. The intensity is a little tighter than I'm used to but it's a good workout. It's a sturdy machine, was really easy to put together.
Use it for general exercise
