I was able to put it together by myself took a long time. Worked for a couple of months and then it no longer glides, each pedal just drops when you step. Thought it came with a year warranty nope so i just wasted my money unless i pay to get it repaired but since i do love the ifit proform brand i should've just spent the extra money for a better quality
Already the resistance doesnt work and no support to fix it ..
DO NOT PURCHASE the PRO-FORM 7.0 Rear Drive Elliptical. I had the machine for 3 months with mild use and the machine was making a loud flapping noise and would not allow for a full glide without coming to a sudden stop mid-way. Had to call the manufacture for service and they continued to refer me to the user's manual to look at a diagram filled with only numbers, no words so that I could fix the elliptical myself. After spending 2 hours on the phone found that the belt and a metal piece of the wheel was broken off. The manufacture has the worst customer service ever. THE PRO-FORM 7.0 IS GARBAGE. That's what I had to do with this machine after having it for only 3 months, take it to the dump. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ANOTHER BRAND, NOT PRO-FORM. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. DO NOT PURCHAS PRO-FORM 7.0 ELLIPTICAL
