I'm 6'5" and need a unit that is stable. I have tried cheaper trainers that were very unsteady due to my height. This unit is good and solid, no wobble or sway.
Very smooth, 28 different workouts already programmed. Haven't had it long but my wife and I already love it. Use it fallen.
I'm really enjoying my Proform 9.0 NE elliptical. It's easy to use, very smooth and has a variety of workout options. I'm able to get my heart-rate up very quickly, which is great!
I bought this as a replacement for my 5 year old elliptical when metal fatigue caused a pedal arm to break. This is a newer model of that one. In operation, it feels like I am running over gravel with intermittent bumpiness in the motion. Whoever designed the water bottle holder could not have tried it out because the angle is so steep that when the bottle is nearly empty or empty, it falls out.
Took 3 times as long as promised to receive Bought this product SEVERAL Months ago, it came broken. ProForm was suppose to send parts but they have been on back order and yet to come so we can actually use the product. Very disappointing to spend almost a thousand dollars on a product I can even use. ProForm/ Icon health and fitness costumer service is the worst! It takes nearly an hour just to get through all the prompts when you call the 1-800 number and then the call will disconnect several times with out ever speaking to a real person. I have also tied the online help center, which is not helpful!
Definitely not top quality. Fairly basic. The support is also out dated for my device
