Bought this phone for my wife to use on the Tracfone BYOP. Works excellent. Takes a little time to set up but is fairly simple.
This phone was like new. No marks, original package. It does everything it should do.
Refurbished well. Works great. Looks great. Unfortunately, I have small hands (I guess) and am having trouble holding it when I use it. I'm going to see if there is an accessory that will make this issue disappear.
This phone did not look used at all. There were no marks, dents or scratches WHATSOEVER. I would definitely buy one of Walmart used phones again before I ever buy a new one. MY ONLY ISSUE IS that after a couple of weeks my lock screen started malfunctioning a little. All of the numbers don't show up. Instead of numbers I see weird boxes. Luckily my lock screen code is simple and easy to put in without looking at the numbers. I didn't bother to send it back because I can't be without a phone for 2 weeks. IF WALMART COULD ARRANGE FOR ME TO TRADE IT IN THE STORE THAT WOULD BE GREAT! I've only had the phone a short while so it really shouldn't be messing up already. Sending it in and waiting will not work for me.

At first the phone was fine and worked great. Then only having had it for about 2 weeks out of nowhere my touch screen stopped working for about 2 days. Well, I went to the store and had to go buy another phone to temporarily hold me over until I figured out a new one I would invest in. It was a pain to get everything switched over and of course feeling like you're starting from square one again with a new phone. Then, one day something told me to turn the phone on and see if the touch screen was working. And it did... So I went through all the trouble of swapping my phone back to this one and use it. But now I'm scared that the touch screen is just going to go out again out of nowhere like before so that's why I'm keeping my backup that I had to buy close by just in case it happens... Not the best experience for only having had it for about 2 weeks...
This phone has been a problem since I bought it in Dec. 2015. It shuts off, reboots itself, freezes and doesn't keep a charge for very long. I have done everything recommended: replacing the battery, clearing the cache, putting it back to factory specs. Terrible model and do NOT recommend!
worked for a few minutes, then freezes up. tried everything, downloaded updates, removed battery, to no avail will be returning it
This phone worked great for about six weeks. Then it started shutting down & automatically coming back up. Sometimes I would be on a business call. (Embarrassing). Never could get that fixed. Then the phone started making notification sounds when there was no text or no email. No reason for the notification sound. Then the alarm starting going off in the middle of the night when the alarm was not set to go off. A real piece of junk.
