Wonderful product that works as great as it looks.
My plumber installed so I don't know if that was difficult. It doesn't appear to be tricky. I will say with absolute certainty the ease of use and cleaning. Why I took so long to Make this happen when I had such problems with the old design. Its about time!
In a bath reno, the granite guys cut faucet hole too close to wall so my regular plunger on faucet didn't work. That made the backsplash fit too tight to faucet. Called Marchand's Kitchens & Nicole offered a suggestion about this pop-up clicker drain. That was the item that saved the bath remodel. Amazing and wish all faucets came with this pop up instead of the old fashioned plunger. AWESOME PRODUCT
Bought this to replace a previous pop-up that was too heavy for the Kohler sink I had. The lower profile allows the sink to drain correctly and not leave residue in the sink. Perfect fit!
Great product, a great design! Easy to install even for a novice! I recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought, and installed this a couple months ago. It's made well, and when the pop up is closed, it seals the water from draining. It doesn't leave a ring of water around the drain, like our previous drain was when open.
The pop-up drain is great and the perfect solution when a conventional drain doesn't work.
I bought two pop-up clicker drains for my Kohler sinks. They look great and install was easy enough. Once installed, I noticed that one of the pop-up clickers was "slow" to return to fully open. Otherwise happy.
Had a new house built in 2013 by Insight Builders in Tucson Arizona, all plumbing fixtures are Kohler. We have had many issues and the worst is the Pop-up clicker drain! After many replacement parts and frustration, I believe the issue may be the machining of the metal part that attaches to the sink. Most likely this part was done in another country and the specifications are off just a tad bit! If I tighten the drain enough to hold water, then it will not pop open, if I loosen a little it will pop open but will not hold water. I have replaced all parts many times and got the same results, the only thing I have not replaced is the complete part! This is now going on for 8 years. Kohler representatives have been ok with sending me parts, but insist that if it Clicks it will work, but it doesn't
