Exactly the same ingredients as Frontline Plus - so essentially a generic, like the prescription medications we humans take. We have been using PetArmor Plus for about six months now and our dogs continue to do as well as they were on FP. No ticks, no fleas and that's the true test. There has been no skin irritation either on us or on the dogs. The cost savings is what made the decision to switch so easy. A 3 month supply at the time I'm writing this is more than ten dollars less than the warehouse club and twelve less than the big online retailer named after a river in south america. That plus free delivery out in the country to help save on gas clinched the deal. That's forty or fifty dollars a year per dog saved. Much more if bought retail where the price is more than seventy.
I am very satisfied with this product. It has the same effect as Frontline and is 1/2 the price. I definetely will recommend this product
My two dogs had fleas...BAD! We just couldn't afford Frontline and Hartz just wasn't cutting it. After bathing, flea collars and useless spot application I decided to try something new. I read some reviews and asked for advice and had to try Pet Armor Plus and at $28- I couldn't pass it up. I could see the fleas crawling on my little white dog. My little guy was so miserable he was pulling out hair and giving himself scabs from scratching and biting, within a day of using Pet Armor Plus his scratching diminished emensly. Now 3 days later I haven't seen a single flea! I am impressed and will continue to use this product on my Chihuahua and Black lab!
what a relief!!! The price is great but best of all it works!!! Good bye paying the price of Frontline
i was usuing Frontline Plus for years on my terriers. i had ran out without noticing and had gotten some of this as an emergency fix until i could get some ordered. The only difference between this product and the name brand is sometimes i could get away with extending the reapplication by a week or so. i noticed my dog scratching a bit more towards the end of the 30 days as opposed to 40 days like with frontline plus. i did not see any fleas, eggs or ticks on either dog, and we do reside in a flea/tick prone wooded area. i am very satisfied and will continue to use Pet Armor Plus. i expected it to not work and be a waste of money, but it works great. the ingredients are also exactly the same.
THIS IS THE SAME AS FRONTLINE AND WORKED THE SAME ON MY YORKIE/SILK TERRIER MIX AND A STRAY WE TOOK IN THAT WAS FULL OF FLEAS, WORKED LIKE A CHARM WITHIN 6 HRS. TO RELIEVE THE STRAYS INFESTATION.
Did not work at all.... did not kill one flea! I wasted $28.00. I had to go buy Adams flea spray at midnight to kill the fleas because my dog was miserable. With the high temps we've had the fleas are abnormally bad. I guess I will have to try Advantage and pay the higher price. I'm afraid to try Frontline if it has the same thing in it. Unhappy that I wasted the money though.
Very disappointed with this product purchased at WallMart. I bought some for my dogs and for my cats, so quite a bit of money. It does not work as Frontline. It may not be as much as Frontline or Advantage, but it is a very big expenditure for it not to work.
We had bought this product because we thought it would be as effective as the frontline. It did NOT work at all. My dogs has more fleas now then they did prior to using this. I am very upset because I cannot use anything else for another month. I just have to use flea soap every week until I can apply the regular stuff.
