Read about the 'PetArmor' products in Consumer Reports thought I'd try them out on my Pug. The price was certainly right ( half what other name-brands charge ) and the write-up in CR said the flea medicine was easy to apply and effective. Bought a years worth, applied the first month on his back and a week later he shows no sign of adverse reaction. Nice! Can't tell yet if fleas and ticks are under control but time will tell. So far he's not scratching and so I'm happy that he's comfortable. 'PetArmor' has brought peace-of-mind to our household. What more can I ask?
Been using this stuff for years, can't go without it or my long haired Chihuahua suffers and gets the motorway-leg-scratch-thing going. Yes, don't forget your Pet Armor!
Have used this product in place of Frontline. Excellent... Have no issues with fleas for either my 5 lb Yorkie or my 30 lb Rat Terrier. Outstanding product for the price. As long as it is available I will continue to use it.
I have been using this product for years after my vet recommended Frontline Flea and Tick. Her assistant told me PetArmor is the same as Frontline for about half the cost. I have had no problems with fleas or tics on my dog since I started using this.
I have used this product for two yrs. now and am very pleased with it. It is as good if not better than many of the other products in the same line, such as Frontline. It does a great job controlling fleas and ticks especially with ground control applications also it can last up to three months easily. It cost some what less than many of the other brand name products.
Received on a timely basis but not as ordered. Had ordered 2 -3month supplies and got a bonus for each so 8doses instead of 6. they could have made the sale without the bonus but the surprise put them into a 5 star category.
Love the product! It works great! I have looked in the Walmarts in or area many times and most of the time it is out of stock. I ordered it on line and had it in just a few days. I'll be ordering it from now on.
I was leary of this flea treatment due to my no experience with it, but because of the reviews that Walmart customers are so faithful to give, as a measuring stick to base a decision on, I made the choice to try this product. As pet owners, we want the best for our four-legged 'kids' and to perish the thought of some blood-sucker feasting on our best friends. Binky was miserable, until I received the FASTEST SHIPMENT EVER :D:D:D of any Walmart order I have ever made! Made the order in the wee hours of Aug. 1st, and received it the NEXT DAY around noon. I was shocked! In a good way! Walmart consistently provides speedy service. This treatment has reduced her scratch fests and she can rest without the nagging biting she WAS suffering. Thanks WM for getting her 'medicine' to her asap; Walmart service ROCKS!
This is one of those products I wish I didn't need, but dare not take the chance of trying to do without it either. As long as my pets are not in a situation where they are stuck with other animals that are flea infested, this seems to work well enough. Every now and then I will find a flea, but it's probably one that just hopped on, and hadn't dropped dead yet. Otherwise, the dog or cat is calm and relaxed, because they are not being tortured by biting fleas.
I used this product on my 4 lb. Maltese. I applied as per the instructions. 24 hours later still had fleas, 48 hours later still had fleas, 72 hours later it appeared as if the fleas had multiplied. I re washed the dog, removed many fleas, dried, reapplied the product. 1 week later he was covered with fleas, no success with this product. I purchased the more expensive product, which we all know is WAY overpriced, within 48 hours I only,found a couple of fleas. Sorry, it doesn't work.
