Contact cement in a spray can. Spray on both surfaces, wait until both are tacky and then in a way that doesn't make air pockets. Has about 15 minutes of working time if you need to correct an area.
did what i needed to get done.
I was concerned that it would take a few minutes to adhere firmly but it does very well. Sticks to about anything so be sure that you have the correct pieces in your hands to put together. Very good product and I will be keeping a can in my shop.
Works great
I used this to glue a heel protector on my auto floor mat. Worked perfect. After a month, still holding strong. Just be careful of overspray when using.

Not sure where I bought it and the nozzle broke the first time I tried using it now I'm stuck with a full solitaire can of glue not sure what to do
I have used this glue for years. Not sure what 3M did to it but it is worthless now. It actually acts more like a glue release agent than an adhesive. It never tacks up, just stays wet and rubber feeling and doesn't bond to anything. Cost me alot of time and almost ruined a $750 item I was using it on. STAY AWAY!!!
