For the price point it's excellent. It's so lightweight I forget its on my ear… the ear piece is a small piece of inexpensive plastic, not like a cushioned one on a higher end ear piece. Doesn't bother me at all though, due to the lightness of the product.
It was a gift for my mom and she had one before so she was pleased that you still made them. For my part, it was almost twice the price it was the last time I bought one for me … y'all need to think about dropping your prices a little, seeing as you have other models that are cheaper and this blue tooth model is over three years older than your newer blue tooth models !! Just my thoughts !!

Sound is very good, but it is clumsy when I attach it to my ear. The answer/hangup button is right on the front side of the device and I hung up on numerous phone calls b/c I was trying to properly attach the device to my ear. Moral of story: fit the device to your ear first then make the call. Very clumsy device if you have to answer a call.
The phone is good but the ear mount will not stay on nor does it have a good ear adapter that fits inside your ear
I was really disappointed in the Jabra. I've owned them in the past but this time there are zero interface features, volume for ringer and notification is so soft no matter what I do it won't go any louder. The voice aspect is clear otherwise I'd returned it. I can't use the new silly ear pods as they won't stay in my ear so this is my only choice and finding a decent Bluetooth ear piece is getting to be impossible!
I use my bluetooth to listen to audible books. I cannot pause or play audible books or music with this device. It's painfully obvious that the multi-function button that answers and hangs up on calls should also work as play/pause. It does not. This level of disfunction has to be deliberate.
i would not recommend. mine would not charge once they died the first time.
This does not stay in my ear no matter what I do or what adjustments I make. You cannot even hear the ringer or notifications even when turned all the way up. If I could return this I would, and I would buy something else. Not worth the price.
