I recently tripped and fell and my muscles have been pretty sore since. I used this hot and cold massage kit and it helped relieve the pain a lot. My muscles had gotten tight and rigid and I applied the cold pack and left it there for about 30 mins and felt the relief right after. I kept switching back and forth between hot and cold one depending on the time of the day. Highly recommend for any injuries or anything.
I have a condition which causes the arches of my feet to pain after long hours of walking, standing and work out. I have been using these massage balls after warming them in hot water, every night. They are easy to use and effectively target my area of pain. They help in reducing soreness and have worked miraculously for me. I will surely recommend this product.
I love these hot and cold therapy balls. So easy to use and so helpful for sore body. After being on my feet for most of the day at work, it feel so good to have this to massage my feet with! Unboxing the product was easy and The user manual was also easy to read. One ball is smooth while the other has pressure spikes to penetrate deep into those sore areas. Love how versatile the product is. Throw it into cool area for a bit and then you have a nice cooling effect.
I love the option of hot or cold. I'm a rehab therapist and I treat my own injuries as well so I ordered this for myself. I definitely recommend these for foot pain or shoulder blades against the wall. You can even apply pressure and rub them on your knees. It helps to release tight muscles and tendons when hot and helps decrease inflammation when cold.
This set has come in handy more than once. There are two things I really love about it. 1. I love the 2 different textures. 2. I love that it has two different pieces, so I can do heat then cold (or vice versa), in the same setting. They are easy to heat and cool. I typically always have one cold (that smooth one, just a personsal preference) and the textured one I use for heat. It has worked out nicely, and they stay the appropriate temperature for the perfect amount of time (around 20 minutes). It's also nice that they're portable, so I can travel with them.
These little balls are quite amazing. I use them on my feet every night to help relieve my foot pain and swelling from the day. I cannot believe how much these little massagers help. It really take the swelling down in my feet. Using them for a few days, I can definitely tell the difference. I definitely recommend these massage balls for anyone who suffers from foot pain and swelling.
I've been using these for almost 2 weeks straight and have had a significant improvement in muscle relief after workouts. I really like how it includes two different textured massage balls for different massage uses, and also the hot/cold methods. Super easy to use and they really work to reduce muscle tension. You can do it by yourself which makes it even more convenient and easier to use. Highly recommend if you're looking for a durable massage tool for relaxation and muscle relief.
Excellent Kit. Far superior to any mechanical electronic "kneading" "massage" device that costs like 10 times as much. Your feet are different and no engineered device knows all of our feet the same, but you do and control the pressure and location with the simple roll of a foot.
We ordered these to take with us on our hike to Machu Picchu. We didn't have a lot of space in our hiking pack but needed something small and effective. My feet and legs hurt after long hikes and these helped a lot. I asked the porter to put them in hot water for me every evening before bed to loosen my tense muscles. They seemed to hold heat for a long time. I would recommend these to anyone that travels a lot and needs some relief while away.
They don't work for my soreness long term and there is no vibration.
