We've been looking to switch up our pre-workout routine with some strength and balance training. Really happy with this purchase. This was pretty much ready to go when it comes out of the box - all you do is hook up the 2 strength bands. Learning how to use it was pretty simple - we play around and found some online videos to help and give us workout tips. It's very durable and you can feel it working. Bluetooth speakers are great too - very simple to connect and the sound was pretty good. Overall we are happy with this addition.
This vibration plate is awsome! It really moved my entire body. Its easy to assemble, does take some getting used too.
Very nice! It works great and looks good. Small enough to stow under the bed when not in use. It's much quieter than a vibration plate I purchased in 2015. My old one sounded like a freight train. This one is very sleek, weighs much less and is pretty dang quiet! I'm so happy I finally upgraded to a new one. I highly recommend this brand. It came arrived and at a great price.
I have been paying for a monthly plan to use the vibration machine at a local health spa. I decided to try this to save some money. I am so glad I did! I use this in the evenings while I am watching TV. I love that the intensity changes by positioning my feet differently. I have always struggled with tight muscles and being able to add this to my daily routine has been a huge help. The Bluetooth speaker a big plus and easy to connect to.
We love it! It's light weight, easy to move around and perfect to use after a work out or a longggg day of work. My husband loves using it after he gets home from work. Helps him relax his body, and feel “brand new”. Sometimes my 6yr old wants in on the fun. :) The vibration moves every muscle and apparently feels like tickles all over your body. (6yr opinion) lol. We definitely recommend. ♥️
Saw one similar to this one on QVC. Decided I would rather order from Walmart as shipping times are always fast and returns no problem. This proved to be the point again! Received very quickly, platform works quite well and I purchased the extended warranty through Walmart on it. Could not ask for more. We're satisfied! Thanks again Walmart!
I like it! Don't know if I will ever use the Bluetooth part. My neuromuscular therapist is glad I have it.
I've been taking my fitness seriously for the last 6 months. A few weeks ago I purchased the exercise platform for days I don't go the the gym. I'm still able to get some pump and caloric burn by using the platform along with the resistance bands.
Just as described in the listing and quiet too. love it.
I love it. Easy to operate and vibrates you all over. It's like a masseuse in house.
