I've been teaching guitar for 9 years now to a wide variety of students - young, old, male, female. One of the most frustrating things I see is a student walking in to their first lesson with a guitar that is either waaaay to big for them, or is of such low quality that it won't stay in tune. It breaks my heart to struggle through those problems with a student who just doesn't know any better. Whenever I see a girl walk in with a Daisy Rock guitar, I'm always so happy because I know that she has a quality guitar that fits right, and thus, she will be able to play a lot easier and more comfortably! Daisy Rock just has it figured out and they know how to make guitars right and I'm a believer! The Junior Miss Acoustic is a great guitar for younger beginners (ages 6-10). I recommend it to my students's parents because it really is a good value. It is sized down a bit so it fits girls in this age group well. And it stays in tune and feels good to play. It even comes with a strap, picks and a tuner! If you want to get a beginner guitar for under $100, do your child a favor and go with this one.
Child wanted THIS guitar. The part at the very bottom of the guitar was broken. The guitar strings broke the first night.
