This is one awesome Cake Pan that gives the most excellent cooking experience and a whole new look for your recipes. Cook a multiple layered "Pita Sandwich" in it and you will marvel at the thorough cooking of your recipe and have an exciting presentation to look at.
The castle bundt cake pan was easy to fill, and the cake easily removed from the pan when baked. My five-year-old grandson was very pleased with his birthday cake.
One the the reason I purchased thes particular pan was due to teh beauty of the finished product. The lines come out pronounced and beautiful. I greased it with shortening which make the cake come out like a breeze.
I had a difficult time trying to buy this pan during the Holidays, so I ordered it oline from Walmart. It was the easiest purchase I've made. Easy, fairly fast, and very convenient. I love the pretty design, and it bakes nicely. I found it easier to grease it by using a small pastry brush, it worked out well. Thank You, I hope you offer more designs from the Bundt product line. I'd love to buy more, especially the "tea cake variety" pan.
I would definitely recommend this pan for baking. Very good quality. I wish they had a larger size, it seems a bit small.
I bake a lot, but had never used a "fancy" Nordic Ware pan before. I always thought they would never turn out because of all the little grooves. Then, I took the leap and watched a Nordic Ware u-tube tutorial before using it. I followed the tips for preparing the pan and my cake turned out perfectly! Absolutely beautiful.
It is a beautiful mold, of excellent quality, of very strong material. It is for mini biscuits, very cute, it is exactly what I was looking for. Im Happy
This is a very unique cake pan and I recommend it to those who love to bake and want to present their family or friends with something different. I am impressed! Way to go Bavaria!!
I greased and floured the pan before pouring in the batter but I guess not enough because the finished cake stuck to the pan when I inverted. I have only used it once the cake baked evenly, but hopefully the next time I will grease more. Also because of so many grooves (of course these make the design on the cake so beautiful) it took a good soaking and numerous attempts to get pan clean.
