I am glad I live in a low crime area as this was just left on my front steps. The tracking said that I didn't request signature delivery. I never saw that as an option. If that is important to you, I would look into it. As to the treadmill. I have come to expect when I order an item on the net, they will have cosmetic blemishes. People are less inclined to return them and that is how retailers manage their scratch and dent inventory. This was no different as the finish was flaking off the supports when I unwrapped it. Performance wise, I am very satisfied. The treadmill operates very smoothly with little noise. The programs are less boring than just doing a steady speed. I got this model specifically for the handles. They are a bit of a disappointment because one size does not fit everyone. It would be nice if they telescoped to become shorter or longer. Even so, they add additional dimension to the exercise routine. Probably my biggest disappointment is the display. It is not bright and even with all my lights on, I have trouble reading the numbers. The treadmill this replaced, had bright red numbers which I could read in the dark. Despite my complaints, I would still get this again (unless I found one with a brighter display and/or telescoping arms).
